The event address teacher’s ability of learning process development in order to conduct effective learning at school. Hopefully it helps them to create a better generation. Tanoto Foundation concern on poverty elevation through education.

October to November 2017, principal workshop issuing school management in North Sumatera and Riau. Implementing an effective principal role as a school manager became the main topic. This is a part of school improvement program which is initiated and operated by Tanoto Foundation through Pelita Pendidikan.

Best participant at Al-Azhar SB teacher training in 2012. The training was organized by Al-Azhar Syifa Budi training center in collaboration with The Army Strategic Reserve Command (KOSTRAD) National Army of Republic of Indonesia.

July 2017, Increasing the principal’s competence regarding learning quality improvement at school. Organized by Principal Working Group (K3S) of Rakit Kulim Indragiri Hulu Riau. Fully supported by Tanoto Foundation, the reputable organization that have been active in improving education in Indonesia since 2005.
