October 2016, training of principal, treasurer and school operators regarding BOS management in Marina Hotel, Kisaran Sumatra. Were presents at the event Mariadi, Head of HR Operational Asian Agri in Sumatra and Yusri Nasution, Regional Program Manager of Tanoto Foundation in North Sumatra.

28-30 August 2017, participating in speed reading comprehention (KEM) workshop in hotel Unigraha Townsite I Pangkalan Kerinci Riau. Discussed and practiced how to measure KEM for elementary school students. This event was conducted by Tanoto Foundation.

Best participant at Al-Azhar SB teacher training in 2012. The training was organized by Al-Azhar Syifa Budi training center in collaboration with The Army Strategic Reserve Command (KOSTRAD) National Army of Republic of Indonesia.

A meaningful discussion took place on 11-13 September 2019, precisely among principals, school committees, students’ parents, and teachers. Improving school quality through effective leadership,  communities engagements, and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based) work plan always become warm issues to be shared. As a Master Trainer of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic of Indonesia, started in 2015 he has been training school principals, trasurers, operators, and school committees regarding school operational assistance in the area of Jakarta, Banten, Maluku, Riau, Jambi, North Sumatra, and East Nusa Tenggara.
