The main speakers are : Minister of Communication and Information (Rudiantara), Minister of Industry (Airlangga), and Head of Tanoto Foundation (Sihol Aritonang).

Best participant at Al-Azhar SB teacher training in 2012. The training was organized by Al-Azhar Syifa Budi training center in collaboration with The Army Strategic Reserve Command (KOSTRAD) National Army of Republic of Indonesia.

March 2017, training of public school heads and supervisors in Lipat Kain Kampar Riau province. The topics were an effective learning and academic supervision. This event was organized by Tanoto Foundation in order to support local authorities in improving the quality of education there.

Disruption era leading the changes in almost all areas of human life, including education field. Schools seem catching up far behind with their educators to face different generation, millennial.
